Training	New teammates attend HCD University. A two-week program focusing on the industry, products and conditions, compliance, system skills, our values, and our culture along with job-specific training sessions. Ongoing training occurs throughout the year within departments and company-wide.
Break Rooms	We have a large teammate lounge and a smaller secondary break room; both offer full-size refrigerators, microwaves, and vending machines. Free coffee and spring water are available throughout the day.
