Training	New teammates attend HCD University or, as it's known around the office, HCD U. Our program focuses on the industry, products and conditions, compliance, system skills, our values, and our culture along with job-specific training sessions. Ongoing training occurs throughout the year within departments and company-wide.
Break Rooms	We have a large teammate lounge complete with a ping pong and foosball table for all teammates to enjoy on their breaks. In addition, 2 smaller secondary break rooms offer full-size refrigerators, microwaves, and vending machines. Free coffee and spring water are available throughout the day.
