Gordon L. Fox

Gordy Fox founded Home Care Delivered, Inc. in 1996 and serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. His vision was to build a company where the compassion level is high and the delivery of products to people at home is efficient and hassle-free.

An alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, Gordy lives and leads by VMI's guiding principles: honor, integrity, and responsibility. He developed the Company from a local presence to one with national capabilities, providing extraordinary value to those in need of medical supplies, as well as to clinicians and caregivers who support patients in the home setting.

Carol Muratore is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Home Care Delivered, Inc. Carol oversees day-to-day business operations including sales and marketing, new business development, patient care services, information technology and compliance.

Carol brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise to Home Care Delivered. Prior to joining the Company, she served as President of McKesson Medical-Surgical's Extended Care Division. She began her career in 1982 with Vestal Laboratories (acquired by ConvaTec) where she launched the successful Aloe Vesta ® product line. As Director of Marketing for Kendall Healthcare Products Company (Tyco), she developed new business in the alternate site healthcare markets.

Carol earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.

Carol currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bon Secours HealthSource. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the Richmond Regional Director for Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH).

Craig Weber is Chief Financial Officer of Home Care Delivered, Inc. and is also responsible for strategic planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions and leadership development.

Before joining the Company in November 2008 Craig held executive leadership positions as Managing Partner of Hollymeade Group, LLC, a private investment firm; President & CEO of Whitlock eBusiness Solutions, a business & technology consulting company with 95 professionals serving middle market and Fortune 1,000 businesses; Chief Operating Officer, strategic planning officer and legal officer of Homebytes.com Inc., a national online real estate brokerage; and Vice President-Business Development and chief legal, human resources & administrative officer for Walco International, Inc., a $400 million revenue pharmaceutical distribution company owned by Bain Capital with 850 employees, 60 distribution locations and 50,000 customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Before beginning his business career, Craig practiced corporate law for 13 years as a partner at McGuireWoods and associate at Sullivan & Cromwell where he specialized in corporate finance, M&A and banking.

Craig holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The College of William and Mary; a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review; and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Craig currently serves on the Board of Directors and as audit committee member and compensation committee chairman of Optical Cable Corporation (NASDAQ GM: OCCF), and on the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. Previously Craig served on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau; the Association for Corporate Growth, Richmond chapter; Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Business Administration, Business Council; The Venture Forum; and as chairman of the Greater Richmond Business/Education Partnership.

Richard Wells is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Home Care Delivered, Inc. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Richard has over 20 years of Technology Management experience.

Prior to joining Home Care Delivered, Inc., Richard oversaw IT initiatives and operations at such well-known companies as Lawyers Title (LandAmerica), McGuire Woods, Geisinger Health Systems, and Time-Life. He has experience in large-scale health care settings, as well as direct-to-consumer call centers and distribution environments.

Jacques vonBechmann is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Home Care Delivered, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received his MBA from The College of William and Mary.

Before joining the Company in January 2009 Jacques was President of Core Competencies, Inc., a consulting firm providing businesses with seminars and training for developing sales/marketing, management and leadership skills. He has held executive positions in sales and marketing for companies ranging from Internet start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, including National Accounts, Allergan, Inc.; Vice President, Marketing, Cendant Corporation; and Vice President, Sales, Allianz. Jacques also has experience with a wide variety of markets that include pharmaceutical, consumer products, technology and financial institutions and has worked with companies such as Capital One, Bank One, Qwest, Genworth Long Term Care, Columbia HCA, Double Click, Orbitz, Disney, Continental Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Expedia and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Jacques is an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond where he teaches Marketing, Economics and Leadership courses.

Darcy Furr is Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management at Home Care Delivered, Inc. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communications. She holds certificates in Human Resource Management, and Management and Leadership Development from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, and is a certified SPHR.

Before becoming HCD's "head cheerleader," Darcy worked for the Bon Secours Richmond Health System. She has over 14 years of Human Resources experience and is passionate about making Home Care Delivered, Inc. "The Best Place to Work in Virginia! ™"
