Senior Management Team

Gordy Fox founded Home Care Delivered, Inc. in 1996 and serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. His vision was to build a company where the level of compassion is high and the delivery of products to individuals managing medical conditions in the home is efficient and hassle-free.

An alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, Gordy lives and leads by VMI's guiding principles: honor, integrity, and responsibility. He developed the Company from a local presence to one with national capabilities, providing extraordinary value to those in need of medical supplies, as well as to clinicians and caregivers who support patients in the home setting.

Mark Cassidy is Chief Financial Officer of Home Care Delivered, Inc. and is also responsible for overseeing the Company's Product Management, Vendor Management, Medical Documentation, Revenue Cycle, and Marketing Departments as well as the Strategic Financial Analysis function. Mark brings significant experience in management, finance, marketing, and strategic analysis of growth stage and Fortune 500 organizations, such as Capital One and Circuit City. He possesses a broad range of skills that are key in the successful expansion of Home Care Delivered's capabilities.

Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University.

Richard Wells is Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Home Care Delivered, Inc. Richard oversees operations in HCD's Patient Experience, Distribution and Information Technology departments.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Richard has over 20 years of Technology Management experience. Prior to joining Home Care Delivered, Richard oversaw IT initiatives and operations at such well-known companies as Lawyers Title (LandAmerica), McGuire Woods, Geisinger Health Systems, and Time-Life. He has experience in large-scale health care settings, as well as direct-to-consumer call centers and distribution environments.

Darcy Furr is Chief Administrative Officer at Home Care Delivered, Inc., overseeing Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance, Legal, Government Affairs, Risk Management, Clinical Resources, Human Resources, Training & Organizational Development, and Facilities Planning & Management.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management, she is a graduate of North Carolina State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Communications. She also holds certificates in Human Resource Management and Management and Leadership Development from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Darcy has over 16 years of Human Resources and Management experience, including several years with the Bon Secours Richmond Health System. She is passionate about making Home Care Delivered, Inc. Lauren Carroll is the in-house attorney for Home Care Delivered and oversees the Company's Corporate Compliance and Quality Assurance programs as well as all federal and state payor contracts.

She previously practiced corporate and regulatory health care law at Williams Mullen, voted one of "America's Best Corporate Law Firms." There Lauren focused on long-term care and federal and state regulatory compliance issues.

Lauren holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Richmond School of Law, where she was an editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. Lauren has more than five years of legal experience and is licensed to practice in Virginia.
