Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $40.00 or more. Shipping is $6.95 for orders totaling less than $40.00. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items.

Where do you ship to?
Home Care Delivered ships to valid addresses in the continental United States. Our apologies, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock orders placed before 4pm ship the same business day and should arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I place an order by credit card?
Yes. Customers who wish to place a cash or credit order with Home Care Delivered may do so by calling 1-800-867-4412.

Does Home Care Delivered charge sales tax?
Virginia residents will be charged 5% VA sales tax.

How do I return something to Home Care Delivered?
If you need to return merchandise please call toll free: 1-800-867-4412 to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If a product is returned within 30 days from date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your account unless the product is defective or unopened. We cannot accept returns on used hygiene products unless the product is unopened or is defective. To ensure acceptance of returned merchandise, boxes should not be marked in any way.
